All that was positive about this hotel was only the reception staff. They were friendly. They let me leave my luggage while I was at the embassy. And I am very grateful to them for that!
The hotel is located opposite the road junction, so it is very noisy.
The building and rooms are very old and very dirty. The kettle wasn't working. But there was a cooler with cold and hot water in the corridor opposite the elevator, so it didn't upset me much.
If I used the sink, it flooded the toilet floor.
I hope my feedback will be useful. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after booking, so it was too late.
You will also need to make a deposit - 50 MYR

I used to stay at a few 3 stars hotel in KL during my visit but i think this hotel is the worst. So if anyone is planning to stay more than 2@3 days at hotel, you better look for other hotel which is better. On my first day at the hotel, the aircond was not functioning hence i need to change to other room. Luckily the staff was very polite and professional so I managed to get a better room.
Please be inform that this hotel does not have a tag at the door which to mention "do not disturb or please clean my room". So every day the housekeeping staff will go to your room to clean it. Personally to me, i found that it is so annoying as it also will disturb your me-time at the hotel. After that, there was an incident whereby the electricity was turned off for about an hour in the midnight. Luckily I didn't bring kids with me otherwise it will be a nightmare for people who are travelling with infants. The aircond is very old type aircond. I hope their management will upgrade the aircond..and TV in the room is only as a display.. u can't switch on to watch the tv as there is no signal.. *sigh*

Honnêtement ce fut une horreur, personnel à l'accueil très désagréable en plus il vous demande une cautio n , à peine que l'ascenseur s'ouvre une odeur très désagréable arrive, niveau hygiène de même , étant une femme blonde quand je suis arrivé dans ma chambre il y avait plein de cheveux bruns partout et le pire était le verre à brosse à dents remplis de dentifrice tacheté et avec des cheveux dedans. Niveau sommeil c'est une catastrophe si vous ne voulez pas dormir allez là-bas ! On a l'impression de dormir à côté d'un chantier insupportable !!
Honnêtement pour cet hôtel je mets un 0,5 sur 10 et pourtant je suis pas quelqu'un de compliqué et je ne demande pas grand-chose !!
Une honte !!

horrible experience because of the receptionist. i have been to 100’s of hotel but never had to argue or received bad behaviour from any receptionist. from the moment we entered the hotel his behaviour was rude. maybe because we booked online and paid online he couldn’t keep any commission or that’s how illiterate he is! he kept 70 RM as deposit from me even though i paid for 2 days in advance and returned 50 RM. the ac was not working properly and there was no fan either when i told him that he was teaching me AC lesson. telling me that’s how ac works!! this guy was pakistani as he was speaking urdu with other guy also i confirmed it from other guy that he is pakistani. we check-in around 2 pm he was there. i don’t know why he is doing this job if he don’t know how to behave properly.
